Our Chianti Classico Riserva is dedicated to the Passionist, another character who lived in the same era as Bellincione, he was responsible for the agricultural production of the village: from cereals to olive oil with particular attention to the production of red wine.

This wine is obtained from the careful selection of the best Sangiovese bunches in our oldest vineyards. The low yields of the more mature vineyards and the sartorial care in choosing the best bunches guarantee us to obtain a broad, persuasive wine with long evolutionary potential.

Grapes: 90% Sangiovese, 8% Merlot, 2% Canaiolo

Refinement and maturation: 24 months in large French oak barrels and barriques, 6 months of finishing in steel and another 6 months of refinement in the bottle.

Organoleptic Analysis: the color is ruby ​​red with garnet reflections, the aromas are protective with dark fruit jam and notes of sweet caramel. The taste is broad and persuasive, with extremely elegant tannins and a highly persistent finish.
