We lovingly cultivate them to honor the land’s natural abundance and to bring authenticity, fragrance, and flavor to every corner of Borgo Vescine.
In our kitchens, they become essential ingredients: a few sprigs of rosemary to season our roasted meats, fresh basil that perfumes our traditional pappa al pomodoro, or wild fennel added to enhance rustic soups. Located next to the panoramic swimming pool, it offers a relaxed and informal atmosphere where you can enjoy a refreshing drink, a light lunch, or a sunset aperitivo in total tranquility.
We serve fresh cocktails, smoothies, wines by the glass, and our signature herbal infusions, made with the aromatic herbs grown right here in the gardens of Borgo Vescine. For those looking for a bite, our menu includes light Tuscan dishes, such as salads, focacce, seasonal fruit, and local specialties, ideal for a poolside break
